ICE provides a variety of messaging software
that is used by the Department of Defense. TurboPrep was developed
in the late 1980's as a front end to AUTODIN DoD messaging
system. TurboPrep provided the necessary components needed
to properly format and export the message through the legacy
network. Over time, TurboPrep evolved into a mature, feature
rich messaging tool that is the premiere front end to many
government messaging systems. The Department of the Navy has
an enterprise license to use TurboPrep for Navy, USMC and Coast
Guard.
The TurboPrep family includes:
TurboPrep Standalone
TurboPrep Standalone is a USMTF message
generation software application used by the Department
of Defense. The software
operates in all MicroSoft Operating Systems and has been
tested and approved by JITC to conform to the DISA 6040
USMTF standard.
TurboPrep offers the capability to export a DoD message in
the following formats: JANAP 128, ACP 126, ACP 127, DOI 103
and DMS. TurboPrep has recently incorporated the capability send signed
and encrypted DMS messages utilizing the COMMPOWER
CPXP. For

TurboPrep Web
Turboprep Web is the latest USMTF generation
product used by the Department of Defense. TurboPrep Web
is exclusively
used by the Northrop Grumman Decision Agent, SPAWAR Proxy
Message Release and the Lockheed Martin CMS by Bolden
James. In addition
