Mr. Molthen has over 40 years experience in business development, corporate management and marketing . Mr. Molthen's expertise in marketing computer systems and life cycle support to the Federal Government, has led the company to continually cultivate and manage strong military and Civilian Agency relationships. Prior to incorporating ICE Communications, Mr. Molthen founded IBIS Corporation, a leading system integration organization in 1974. IBIS success was based solely on Mr. Molthen's dedication to provide the best of breed services and technologies to the government. IBIS initial foray into the system integration market was due to an award to the company for a global 16,000 bar code scanning and data processing system for the Department of Defense, valued at $72M. The company provided a wide range of integration hardware, system integration services, software development, training and maintenance support to government and commercial end users. Annual revenues ranged from $20 to $40 million. Mr. Molthen directed marketing, new business development, and corporate planning. Government awards included automation of the Administrative Office of the Courts valued at $42 Million, automation of the Navy Air Depots valued at $26 million, implementing fourteen large scale IBM 3000 class mainframes valued at $35 million.
